Returns & Refunds
✅ Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
✅ Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of personalized and custom-made items, any products that have been customized (e.g., tailored cosplay outfits, printed names, logos, or images) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Refund Process

- Return the Item: Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.
- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email with an explanation.
